Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary by individual, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Patch testing is recommended for new products, particularly for sensitive skin.
Pricing and currency. All prices are listed and charged in USD. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Promotional pricing, including sitewide discounts, applies only for the stated duration and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. If a pricing error is discovered before dispatch, we will contact you with the correct price and give you the option to proceed or cancel for a full refund.
Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. Before dispatch, we may decline or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing or description error, or violation of these terms. If we cancel before dispatch, we will refund the full amount in USD within five to ten days.
Payment. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend or cancel the order. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or card issuer, including currency conversion fees, which are outside our control.
Shipping, duties, and taxes. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum. We absorb applicable duties, taxes, and import fees so you are not asked to pay extra on delivery. Dispatch occurs within one to three business days, and delivery is estimated at six to twelve days after dispatch, subject to carrier routing and destination conditions. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable due to an address error or refusal, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Returns and refunds. You may return eligible items within sixty days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued within five to ten days to the original payment method in USD. We do not charge restocking fees and do not deduct original outbound shipping, because outbound shipping was free.
Risk and title. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery as recorded by the carrier. Title passes to you upon full payment and delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, retain the packaging and contact us through the Contact page so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Intellectual property. All content on our site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial use.
